"We were there for 3 days. I asked for housekeeping to just empty the garbage and vacuum the sand off the floor on day 2, but no one ever came. I asked for more toilet paper to be sent to the room, but was told I’d be better off just taking it from the front desk and bringing it up myself. The website says umbrellas and beach chairs were available, but not that it cost $50 a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella that they took away at 5:00. All that said, the ocean view was awesome, the bed was comfortable and my grandkids loved it. So I would probably stay again, but I would definitely bring my own chairs and umbrella that I left at home!"

"The property was better than advertised…the views were amazing from every window… despite the chill we even opened the retractable double slides to take in the beach experience. The location was well situated as we were able to walk to dinner on separate nights…The beach was literally 100 steps from the driveway. The property managers were not need but available at the drop of a text…we will return to this amazing property again in the near future….this rental epitomizes modern beach house!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Just steps to the beach and the pier. More than enough space for 4 (including 2 teenage boys). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The garage easily fit 2 SUVs (back to back) and there was also a parking pass to park out on the road if needed. All of the furniture was very comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and available for any questions. The hosts were very gracious as well. I highly recommend."

"Shane was tremendous. So kind and helpful throughout booking process and upon arrival. Gave thoughtful recommendations for our stay and truly was a pleasure. We loved the layout of the property. It was perfect for us gathering our family of various ages. Lovely design touches. Paying over 300 for a pool heater that didn’t heat the pool (understandably it was cold) was pretty wild. I understand the increased energy use is a burden but I believe the cost of the property would offset that cost. Honestly, we heat much larger pools during our shoulder season and that price for a two night stay seems unreasonable.Aside from the pool heating fee, we were overall very pleased with the cleanliness, layout and location of your property. The kids are already campaigning to come back this Summer!Thanks Shane!"

"Very clean townhouse. All of the silverware, glassware and utensils spotless. Bedrooms roomy and bathrooms all clean too. AV works and nice to stream right away. There are some quirky electrical issues and kitchen cabinets need a refresh. "
