"Rooms were clean and adequate in size for 2. Rooms were dated and needed upgrading. Plumbing and shower facilities needed attention. Outside hot tub did not work at all and the front desk told us they hadnt worked for over 2 years but it is still advertised on the website. Kitchen cleaning facilities were very poor. No dish washer, no scrubbies to clean pots. Told to use paper towels to clean pots. No departing instructions about what to do when leaving. Nice pool - limited shade. Easy access to beach. Tiki bar closed. Limited hours on restaurant - no breakfast. Good location for town restaurants. Gorgeous views. A bit pricey for what we got."

"The house was in a perfect location and the layout was outstanding. We had lots of room to spread out. The children loved the basement playroom. The pool was a wonderful activity when we were not enjoying the surf. All eight adults appreciated this beautiful rental.We were surprised that there were no drinking glasses or stemware.We managed to use the plastic cups, but for this level rental I would expect glassware. There was enough flatware to serve dozens.The house was clean but, significant stains were found on a few items. A shade was broken in one room and several of the toilets needed repair."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at Wrightsville in Pier Perfect. The location could not be beat just steps away from the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe with our family that includes small children. The home was beautiful and made it easy to relax during the sudden rain showers. We did have some cleanliness concerns that would have made our stay more comfortable. The inability to use the elevator was a challenge especially with small children. The stove had built up grease and residue that made it look unsanitary. The 4th floor bedroom had mold on the shower curtain and the shower did not drain. The master bedroom sink on the left side did not drain. There was not anywhere in the cabinets to put snacks/items that we brought in the kitchen. We did see quite a few living spiders/roach but we did have a lot of rain during our stay. The bushes on the left side of the parking pad were overgrown making it difficult to utilize all 3 spaces. The outdoor shower was wonderful and easy to bath the kids before walking in from the beach! Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved that our family could all be under one roof."

"Clean, updated and nicely decorated. The host was responsive and helpful. The kitchen was stocked with clean and updated cookware. Towels and linens were provided in abundance. Bikes, beach chairs and sand toys were provided for use. Coffee and snacks were a nice touch on arrival. Everything we needed for a great family vacation."
