“The Ibis” (3025 Southerly Way) *Tesla Charger* Come relax by the river in a waterfront bungalow located on the stunning Kiawah River. Just adjacent to the Dunlin Hotel, the Bungalows are a limited collection of furnished boathouses nestled along a quiet creek off the Kiawah River. The spirit of the Bungalows is all about carefree romantic getaways or the ideal jumping off point for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village.

The Ibis offers a small kitchenette, Keurig style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, mini fridge, king bed and walk-in shower with tub. Washer/Dryer is not provided. There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property. There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views.

The Ibis is part of the vibrant Kiawah River community on Johns Island. You're just a 5-minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and Freshfields Village, and only 25 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Embrace the local charm: walk or bike extensive trails, play tennis or pickle ball, shop Rosebanks farm, join a goat yoga class, book a kayak, boat, or fishing tour departing just steps from your door.

Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
​​​​​​​Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.

Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.​​​​​​​

-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
