We stay at Marriotts hotels for the reliable service and comfortable beds. This stay was disappointing in that the bed was the reason we left early. Very uncomfortable bed. We also were surprised to see that house keeping service was on an every other day schedule. Definitely not what we are used to from Marriott.

Overall not the best stay. The hotel states it has modern rooms that are renovated but they are missing the mark, rooms are dated. The floors are uneven and creaky, many surfaces stained, tile and caulking in the shower dirty. Loud AC fan. Staff was helpful though. I would not return. Unfortunately not the nicest stay in Johnson City.

Great location with a ton of eateries and shopping on the same road. Newly updated, clean and comfy beds. Only disappointment was no continental breakfast but they did have a Starbuck’s onsite that had their normal menu as an option. Would definitely stay here again!
