The grounds cover 4 fenced acres and are extremely quiet. Still, only a few minutes drive to Pedernales State Falls Park, local wineries and distilleries, and located equidistance between Dripping Springs and Johnson City.

You will love this place!
Our family stayed a few days before and after a wedding in Dripping Springs. We loved the home, smooth check in and out. Great communication with the owner. So quiet out in the country, loved it
