I was truly surprised when I walked in and saw a full size refrigerator, microwave and two-burner stove. I really wish the weather was better to have enjoyed what was around the area. We were there for a visit at Niswonders hospital so it was a quick visit. If we are to return, we will definitely be back for another stay.

The room was in a good condition, however the fire alarm turned on in the middle of the night and it was because of smoking in another room. The staff learned about it but they were so slow on turn it off. They let it run for a long time and I couldn’t get a good sleep afterward.

Room was spotless, beds were on the firm side, sheets were a bit scratchy. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and a hot shower. Basic amenities, no breakfast, no coffee in the room, but the space worked for two nights while we visited ETSU.

This place is only six months old. Everything was new and clean. Cons….. no tissues in the room. No blow dryer (you have to ask for them) and no hand towels. The bath towels are large and very thick. Front desk was very nice.

Everything was excwllwnt about this location witht he exception of rooms not being sound proofed. Staff was super, rooms were exceptionally clean.

The room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only problem, and it was a big one, was the complete lack of water pressure in the shower. It was actually the worst shower I've ever had in my life. The water barely trickled out, and there was no way to actually get clean. A spit bath would've been better. It's a shame, because otherwise it was a nice stay.
