Welcome to Maple Manor, where old-world charm meets modern luxury. Our fully stocked home offers all the comforts of modern life while preserving the classic elegance of a bygone era. Gather around the beautiful Restoration Hardware dining table for mealtime, or relax by the island bar for some downtime. We've got plenty of space for large families, but also offer a cozy feel that welcomes smaller groups.

Enjoy the convenience of our high-speed fiber internet, Nest smart thermostats, five 4k TVs, and all major kitchen appliances, including a drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker. You'll find everything you need to prepare any meal, including a full spice rack! We've also got a Bose Bluetooth speaker and two dedicated work areas perfect for "work from home".

Our beautifully landscaped backyard features a dining area with an umbrella, outside string lights for evening enjoyment, a propane fire pit with chairs, a grill + utensils, cornhole game, and a large area for your littles to run around. And rest assured that our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations, for your peace of mind.

Located in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood just a few minutes’ walk to Downtown Johnson City, you'll have access to all the best dining, bars, festivals, music, and entertainment the area has to offer. And when you return home, you can relax in one of our four comfortable bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and 4k TVs, one bedroom with a queen bed and 4k TV, and a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds (twin/twin and full/twin).

In the loft on the 3rd floor, you'll find a sleeping area that accommodates 2-3 guests, complete with a 4k TV, a streaming gaming platform (Amazon Luna), and an oversized beanbag for all your entertainment and relaxation needs. If you need extra space, there are 2 folding mattresses/sofas available in the loft.

Perfect Home Close to So Much

Wow! This home was the perfect place for our family to stay to celebrate our daughter’s university commencement! The home was exceptionally clean and we all loved the vibe from the decor! The backyard was a lovely space to have our grandson run around and our sons and their families to chill out! Entry was simple and the hosts were very accommodating.The location is so close to a coffee shop and great restaurants! The walk ability was wonderful! It was only about 7 minutes from Milligan University where our daughter was. I highly recommend this home for you and your family!

Perfect for my family!

Thank you for sharing your home. House is decorated so nice. Downstairs very open so we could all be together as a family. Extra’s that were provided, chocolates and popcorn and coffee were great. Lots of games was a plus. Would like to come in warmer weather to use the backyard.

Wonderful wedding weekend!

We stayed here for our son's wedding (which was wonderful) and the house was the icing on the cake. Absolutely beautiful, super clean and very well appointed. Communication was on-point with Angela for any of the questions we had. The house is super charming and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Charming home in an equally charming neighborhood

Angela's home is not only beautiful, but CLEAN! The décor is to die for (Angela has great taste)! We stayed with another family and had plenty of room and everything we needed to cook meals, do laundry and play games. The home is close enough to walk to several restaurants, which we enjoyed. To top it all off, Angela was quick to respond when I had a question and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to staying again should we return to Johnson City.

Beyond Perfect

Our stay at the Maple Manor was truly wonderful! Our family was staying in the area for a family reunion and it met our needs over and beyond. We had a total of 10 people, including two babies and had plenty of room for sleeping, visiting, watching football and preparing meals. Everything was very clean and neat and the neighborhood was nice for walking. A great bakery/ breakfast venue was a 5 minute walk. Definitely deserves the highest rating.

Peaceful Retreat in the heart of Johnson City!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was not only beautiful, but the attention to detail was spot on. Extremely convenient location, right in the middle of everything, while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The fenced backyard and beautiful patio was a nice touch and gave us a nice place to unwind while our little ones got some fresh air. My husband cooked a wonderful meal on the grill one night as well. Angela was an amazing host and was easy to reach and responsive!

This was an awesome house for family to share. We were in town for my mom's 90th birthday. Family also rented the carriage house.. The boys also loved hanging out in the loft area. It was the boys club (ages 4-8). The house and yard were spacious, clean and well kept. Thank you for letting us share this with my mom.

Perfection

We have nothing but good to say about this home and the hosts. The place was close to downtown (note-there are trains that frequently go through downtown so you can hear the whistles), clean, well maintained and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the space was great for our party of 8, including 3 kids who were ages 3 and under. Angela was very responsive to our needs and even bought a crock pot so I didn't have to bring one from home! Thanks for a great stay. We will be back should we ever have to come back to Johnson City.

Best stay Ever

We had to travel to Johnson City for a memorial service with my family. While we were there my two girls got sick. We were able to add another day with very little problem. Host was very easy to get a hold of and very willing to help. This house is exactly as advertised, but cleaner. Every time I said that I forgot something, I turned around and one is there for us to use. Great stay, highly recommend it to others. If we ever go to Johnson City again, we will stay here for sure.

Perfect getaway!

This home is absolutely beautiful and it’s on a charming street just blocks away from restaurants. The home is supplied with any possible needs. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and made sure we had everything we need. We will be back!

Nice big house in Johnson City

The house was very clean and nice and was big enough for our crew but a bit creaky. The communication was good and bad in a sense. They sent emails telling you the house rules and check-in/check-out procedures in a timely manner. However, they said to contact them if we needed anything and we did, but got no response. The third floor is accessed by a very small spiral staircase.

Neat House in a Great Location

We had a great stay for our kids' ETSU graduation weekend. There was plenty of space indoors and out for all of us to gather. The house is also well equipped with everything you could need.

Remarkable space and hospitality

We spent four nights here over Halloween weekend as a jumping off point to visit the tri-cities and Ashville. The home itself is a wonderfully restored early 19th century. I think we spent most of the first evening just taking in the mix of the original character and modern touches. It's extremely well furnished and comfortable. It also has a great outdoor space we were able to enjoy one evening. Oh, and it's also a smart home meeting all modern needs. One thing we noticed quickly were the small touches that set this apart from other rental experiences. High-end toiletries, a supply of coffees, comfy bath towels and welcome gifts on the kitchen island exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic. It's a short walk to night life in downtown. It did take us a few stops after 10 pm to find somewhere we weren't 20+ years older than the rest of the guests; that's also when we realized how close the home is to ETSU. Ultimately, we did find some great spots more age appropriate for the parents of college students. I would highly recommend this home for any family or group of friends coming to Johnson City or the tri-cities.

Wonderful!

This was a wonderful property and Angela was so kind to make the whole weekend a success. We stayed with Grandma, a great Aunt, 2 children and 2 parents to celebrate my Aunt’s milestone birthday and this was a wonderful property. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms for comfort and privacy and the dining room was perfect for another couple to join the celebration. Angela went out of her way to make sure we had baking equipment to make a cake and everything was exactly as advertised. Thanks so much for such a nice visit!
