Quick trip to check on our college student

Just popped in to check on our college student. We weren’t at the property long but its access to campus was fantastic. Property was clean and worked for our short stay. Plenty of pans to make dinner and washer and dryer worked great to get my college students clothes ready to go.

The neighborhood is very conveniently located to downtown. During our stay we could walk to restaurants, etc. The house itself was clean and as advertise. Communication with the hosts was a breeze. The kitchen, bath, and laundry were well stocked. Overall a great stay!

The house was very clean and nice upgrades. No real complaint but because of the age of the house and crawlspace the floors were a little wavy in some areas. Overall a great place.

Very adorable and nice spacious place. Convenient and easy access Everything we needed and more The downfall was that as soon as we stepped on the porch the house reaked of weed smell and found a used vape left on the bathroom counter. Even after opening windows like owner suggested we could not sleep with the smell so strong. The outside traffic was loud and the blaring of the train at least 3 times thru the night. Overall a really nice place

I was only in this lovely town for one evening for a band competition at ETSU. I appreciated the conveniently located property to the school and the very cute downtown area. Check-in and out was a breeze. The house is obviously newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The only things keeping this from being a 5 start review were the train that went by quite a few times throughout the night and the odd scraping/chewing sound coming from, what sounded like, under the house. We did alert the management company and they assured us they would look into it. They don’t advertise this as a feature, so it doesn’t take away from my rating, but the bathroom was difficult to maneuver for my handicap father.
