This colorful three-bedroom retreat blends the funky character of Austin with some of the most breathtaking Hill Country views you’ll find in Central Texas. Built in 2021, Vista Azul, or “Blue View,” sits on 20 private acres just outside of Dripping Springs, offering both tranquility and style.



Inside, the home features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a cozy sofa bed in the front entry—allowing the home to sleep up to 7 guests in total. The well-stocked kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a wine fridge, and the living space includes a 50” TV with premium sound for cozy movie nights.



Outside, guests can lounge by the pool, relax in the shaded conversation pit, or enjoy the brand-new above-ground hot tub. The expansive back patio is designed for gathering, with tables for seating, a comfortable outdoor living area, and a complete outdoor kitchen that makes dining al fresco a breeze. Please note, the built-in spa is currently out of service, but the new hot tub ensures you’ll still have a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Routine pool maintenance is scheduled mid-week to keep the amenities in top condition for your stay.



Your comfort and peace of mind are as important as your enjoyment. Vista Azul features smart-lock entry, giving you secure and easy access with unique codes for every stay. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout, and the property includes a fully stocked first aid kit and fire extinguisher should the need arise. Please note: Because Vista Azul sits on arid terrain that has experienced wildfires in the past, it is critically important that there is absolutely no smoking, outdoor fires, fireworks, or open flames of any kind permitted on the property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule to ensure the safety of our visitors, neighbors, and the beautiful Hill Country landscape.

Girls trip

Stayed one night after hiking Pedernales Falls. Good proximity to P. Falls and Johnson City. Property clean, patio/view and hot tub wonderful. Fire damage to surrounding landscape non issue… still beautiful. Would happily return with larger group - spacious & modern. Would be cautious with very little kids on edge of patio as it drops off a few feet to ground level. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. Pool is completely fenced for safety. Overall great & highly recommend.
