"Didn't eat breakfast due to serving times. I felt bad they flooded they night before in the bottom floor. No elevators and smelled a little musty. Not their fault staff was nice."

"We had a perfect weekend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the staff is kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and we loved being able to fold up the couch bed so my four year old daughter could play. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the couch bed was great as well. My four year old had a blast playing with Daddy in the lovely pool area. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was just the right kind of hot. Breakfast was amazing, featuring plenty of eggs, meat of cheese, various breads, waffles, cereals, milk and juice, among other things. Our vegan family member was thrilled that plant based sausages were offered, along with oatmeal and fruit, both fresh and dried. We didn't have time to use the fire pit and grill areas, but they looked fun. We also loved that Aldi and other stores were right across the street. Made it easy to bring back groceries to use for making meals in the full kitchen. It doesn't have a stove, but they gave us a hot plate and pan at the front desk, and it worked great! The only unexpected event was the historic storms in the area, featuring tornados and baseball sized hail! But I don't think we can blame the hotel for that! We have visited the area for a weekend for the past eight months, and this was our family's favorite hotel we have stayed in.Thank you for the magical weekend with our daughter! "Being on the third floor, the hot water had to been run for 10-15 min before it could be considered hot. The breakfast was so-so but not bad. "

"We booked a couple rooms during a family celebration. The hotel is newer (I had to look it up 2019) but is being kept in great condition (I'd have sworn it was only a couple years old). The bathrooms always show the wear first and even they still looked nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. They were even able to accommodate a very last minute request for a meeting room so our family (staying in multiple places) could gather in one spot more comfortably. Shout out to both Nathan and Jeff for their help there. Actually Nathan was so helpful and kind throughout our stay that I truly hope someone actually reads this review and acknowledges him. The breakfast changed a bit each day and we thought was overall quite good as far as hotel breakfasts go. We loved the 24x7 access to their coffee machine. The only thing I think they're lacking is a hot tub and of course you always want a bigger indoor pool. I was worried being so close to the freeway it'd be noisy but it was not. For the area and the price, you can't beat this hotel. The other family members should have followed my suggestion. ;) "

"There was a lump under the sheets, turned out to be a piece of tape. Also the room smelled terrible when we walked in. We were there for 8 hours for a quick night sleep so we just made coffee to hide the smell and went to sleep. Wasn't worth trying to switch rooms."
