"The beds in our assigned accessible room were too low. I was unable to get out of bed without assistance. Also, I asked for a third room key card after he handed me 2. So he activated another card. I handed out the cards and went to the room to find out the first two did not work. I went back to the counter and he said that the third card deactivated the first two and gave me two more cards. These two worked and the third one was deactivated. I said that it does that. Why on earth did he not tell ma that initially and make me find out on my own."
