"1st room I received smelled terrible. was able immediately to get another room which was fine. old place. "

"The heating system needs to be updated, very loud and always shut on and off. The chain lock needs to be updated with something more secure. The "breakfast" was bread, butter, coffee and juice. No cereal for the kids that came down. Hallway needs more lighting. The room was clean but the TV was tiny, maybe 24 inches. The staff at front desk was very nice. On a very busy street, so ask for a room not on that side."

"Our stay was great! We enjoyed sledding out in the snow during the day with all of the amazing views that the property has to offer, sitting by the fireplace at night, warming up in the hot tub, and playing in the rec room with the kids. The kitchen was great to cook in and very accommodating of our large family. We would definitely recommend a visit to Howe Caverns! "

"The rooms were filthy. D.s.s. has people living there. There are shady people wandering the halls. I was on the first floor, and it sounded like a daycare center/ play ground at 10:30 - 11pm. Front desk could care less. I definitely would not want to stay there if i was a single female. "
