Exceptional waterfront villa, short walk to beautiful secluded beach.

A beautiful villa with balcony views over beach houses, towards the sea. A quiet retreat, perfect for 4, but with space for up to two more on the sofa bed downstairs. Enjoy uninterrupted soft sounds of the sea whilst you sip your morning coffee on the terrace, or enjoy a quiet evening as the sky changes colour before you with the stunning Antiguan sunsets.

The villa is just a stone's throw away from North Beach (or 2 minutes walk!), and an ~8 minute golf buggy ride to the hub of the harbour, where you will find charming restaurants from around the world. South Beach's inviting beach bar, Bodog (previously Castaways) is a friendly and typically Caribbean beach bar and restaurant to while away the hours with loungers and umbrellas on the beach.

We provide umbrellas and portable sun loungers and beach chairs for the quieter North Beach, close to the villa.

The villa has been upgraded and renovated and is full of Caribbean charm, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Each bedroom is en-suite, with a super king in the master and double in the second bedroom.

There is a golf course, gym and tennis courts within Jolly Harbour.

Whilst a car is not necessary, you will need a golf buggy to get to the shops/restaurants/tennis courts/golf course/Castaways beach bar. We can organise that for you, as well as helping with taxi to and from the airport, if required. We have two bicycles for guest use.

Flat screen smart TV with Netflix

Our minimum stay is 5 days, but please do check in as we may be able to accommodate special requests, although the price will differ.

Covid19 Testing - we are making it easy for you to get back to the UK/US after your vacation. Covid testing can be done at the villa. You do not need to leave to do a test. Our house doctor administers either rapid or PCR testing at a cost of US$250 per person. Rapid test results within 30 minutes. PCR results within 72 hours of testing from the hospital lab.

Fabulous location

We had an amazing time in Antigua and the villa was in a great location right near the Jolly Beach marina where the remainder of our family were staying. The property manager Jenny was exceptional with answering questions and she provided lots of great tips and suggestions. She also facilitated getting transportation to and from the airport and also arranged a golf cart rental for us. The villa is well equipped and there is a great grocery store a golf cart ride away where you can buy anything. This was a great little gated community and would love to return.

A "Jolly" great holiday!

We have returned to this little piece of paradise several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The unit has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation and great proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants and beaches. Both the host and the property manager are a pleasure to deal with. We keep returning to this unit because we always have such a great holiday there. It really is "a little piece of paradise!"

My boys and I had a great week in Jolly Harbour relaxing at the beach, fishing and sailing!! The Property Manager was very helpful with the check in process and arranging our golf cart. This 2 bedroom unit is great and kitchen well stocked. I highly recommend!!

Another wonderful stay in Jolly Harbour

We have stayed in Lisa's villa several times now, and the unit never ceases to provide us with a perfect holiday. The unit is immaculately maintained and the decor is very conducive to relaxing in a Caribbean setting. Both the hostess and the property manager are a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all requests. Jolly Harbour's amenities speak for themselves, but it is Lisa's villa and Jenny's warm welcome that really make our vacation so special for us. Thanks for another great holiday!

Fantastic

Wow, where to start? The owner was super helpful and informative prior to our arrival. We have stayed here before and love the quiet location of the north finger. The house is lovely and has everything g needed. Jenny was fantastic upon our arrival and fantastic throughout. She was always on hand with local knowledge should we have needed. This is a little gem. Thank you to the house keeping team who do a fantastic job.

Best place we ever stayed!

This condo was immaculate and was exactly as advertized. The kitchen was superbly filled with anything you would need, and when we arrived already had milk and water in the fridge, and snacks. The property manager was wonderful explaining everything and gave great tips on restaurants and beaches. We loved it here and hope to come back soon. It is a quiet oasis filled with everything you could need. The internet was strong and they offer Netflix. It was like being home in beautiful surroundings. Everything you need

This was a very comfortable and extremely well equipped villa. The kitchen had everything you need and more. We loved having the zero gravity chairs to take to the beach, much more comfortable ( especially those with bad backs) then loungers you rent at the beach. Large outdoor seating areas. Comfortable beds, comfortable sofas and chairs. Nicely decorated. With a week stay it was definitely nice to have a washing machine and drying rack. With a weeks stay it would be nice to have the villa cleaned and bedding change midweek, other than that it was perfect. Lisa the owner and Jenny the property manager throughly and quickly responded to any of our questions.

Jolly Harbour

The location and property was very good. It was very quiet which is what we were looking for. We appreciated the golf cart we rented so we could come and go as needed. Some furniture is soon to need an upgrade. The kitchen was well stocked with the required utensils etc. The bed was comfortable and the a/c’s all worked well. The highlight was our property host Jenny who met us at the villa, arranged our cart rental & airport transfers and checked in regularly to ensure we had all we needed. This was especially appreciated as we prepared for Hurricane Tammy which fortunately missed the island. Thanks Jenny!!

Beautiful location

We loved everything about the villa and the area. Jolly harbour was wonderful. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Really no details were left out. This was a really great alternative to staying on a resort. We rented a car and ventured around the island finding quiet secluded beaches and adorable beach bars along the way. We met some really great locals who gave us some Antigua history as well as places we should visit while staying on the island. If you are looking for more of an adventure over staying on a resort, I definitely recommend. There are resorts nearby that offer day passes as well if you want some resort life in your vacation as well. However, with the gorgeous secluded beaches around, I don’t think you’ll need it. Our favorite beach was Hermitage bay. Very quiet, beautiful and I found a few sea glass pieces on this beach.

Can't Get Better

This our second visit to the property and we were not disappointed. From the rental point of view I don't think you can get better. After our first visit, in 2020, we had to move our booking due Covid. Lisa was so helpful in accommodating our requests. On arrival Jenny, the manager, was there to meet us. Our flight was delayed but she was there to hand over the keys of the villa and also the keys to the hire car. Our mid week cleaner, Simone, was great and our taxi driver, Brenda, could not have been more considerate. My wife and I are in our late 70's but this was the perfect place for a great winter break. Thank you Lisa and all your team.
