"Easy entry & great house"

"The hotel texted me 2 days before our stay advising they had overbooked and cancelled our reservation. I was not happy given I'd made the reservation 7 weeks prior. Had to find somewhere else and ended up paying a lot more. You (Wotif) need to ensure better suppliers because this also affects your brand."

"Room was clean and well appointed, close to town and fairly modern. Minor issue flushing the toilet needs attention, otherwise hard to fault at the price."
