"Our stay at the Persimmon Cabin on Faith Mountain was amazing! From the attentive hospitality by Mark and Patti to the exceptional hiking experience throughout the property. The cabin also offers convenient day trips to nearby communities and state parks. Faith Mountain will be kept on our radar for every return trip to wild and wonderful West Virginia!!"

"The cabin was very clean, organized, and peaceful. The tub was cracked and the down spout had been knocked on the rear of the red cabin. There was random pieces of garbage around the cabin and in the woods. The pond is not close to the cabins (1/2 mile) down hill and the road and trails to it were not maintained. In short, it is a very peaceful getaway, but the pictures make the cabins and pond appear relatively close and accessible and they are not. The cabins are up kept and nice, but the grounds were not."

"AMAZING! It was nice to unplug and be totally off the grid for the weekend. The views were amazing and it so peaceful and relaxing. I stayed for my family reunion in Rosedale and will def be back again. I met the owner on a walk, and he was so nice. Much more spacious than being cramped up in a hotel room. The weather was perfect. We played horseshoes and made s’mores by the fire. 1010 recommend! "
