It made preparing meals a joy, whether we were whipping up breakfast or hosting a cozy dinner. The open layout let us cook while still enjoying the incredible views and each other’s company.The entire property was spotless, cozy, and inviting, with every amenity we could need. "Great property! This is a beautiful townhouse located about 10 miles outside Durango. Easy drive into Durango for tours, adventures. The kitchen has plenty of plates, silverware, etc. which was appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was nice to have. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening. The Vacasa rep I spoke with while I was there was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this townhome. "

"The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The owners—a delightful couple—were accommodating and genuinely pleasant, adding a personal touch that made us feel welcome. One of the highlights was spending time on the back deck, which offered stunning views of the mountains and unforgettable sunsets, all accented by the charm of hummingbirds and wild turkeys in the yard. There was one minor drawback: the bedroom floor squeaked noticeably with each step, occasionally waking my wife in the morning. While this didn’t detract from the overall experience, addressing the issue would make future stays even more restful. "

"We thought two of the bedrooms were good. Our two teens (19 & 17) were a bit uncomfortable in the bunks room. The 19 year old went to the living room couch instead. Be aware the kitchen is only good for one person. Very small. We weren't at the rental during the day so that helped. Questions were answered quickly by customer service. "

"First off, the setting and scenery were amazing, we were here in the summer, and the grounds with the rivers and flowers were really amazing. We had a multigenerational group of 14, and it fit us well. The large open kitchen and living room, with large dining tables inside and out were great for our group to prepare and eat large meals.The bunk room was great for all of the kids, and had its own bathroom.Three other rooms upstairs were good for adults, and shared one bathroom, which was a little tight, but with a little communication about showering, etc. was workable.The downstairs master suite was huge, with walk-in closet, shower with multiple spray nozzles, etc. Very nice space.We did have an issue with the AC upstairs one day, and management company was able to send someone to fix next day. It did seem like a known issue (the AC guy knew what the issue was before he got there).For a place that is a premium place, it also seemed a little stingy on the amenities. Arrival instructions before we arrived said that the place came with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag per can, and two rolls of TP per bathroom. Not that big of a deal because we had to go the grocery store anyway, but I’ve stayed in much more budget places that had plenty of TP, enough coffee for every day, etc. so it seemed a little misaligned with how nice everything else was. Overall, an amazing place, and I’d go back, but adding these notes for transparency,"
