"The hospitality here is just top notch. It’s like walking into a home away from home. Forgot my toothbrush and was able to get one at the front desk in 30 seconds, with an associate who didn’t make me feel like an idiot.
The onsite coffee shop - conveniently located right across from the elevator - has great coffee, specialty drinks and snacks, and has reasonable hours.
Everything at the restaurant - Rohr’s - was great. I had breakfast and dinner.
Highly recommend!!!"
"Hotel was very ran down and dank smelling. Room service was unaccommodating. I fell in room bathroom and ask to file incidents report. Manger told desk clerk they don't do that. I would have to call sync ham directly. Which I will do.
Please do not book here. People are here as if it a homeless shelter or transit hotel"
"Perfect for the stay we needed for my family of 4. Room was well suited and spaced for my liking. Definitely impressed with the room and the location."
"My main issues were the fact I could not access the WiFi, the tv only had 7 working channels and the room phone did not work. Checking took a rather long time, as if the gentleman was relatively new to the job. He was very pleasant however."
