We love staying at the Embassy every time that we are in Jonesboro, which is about four or five times a year. The staff are always so eager and helpful. We love how spacious and spotless the suites are. The breakfast buffet is the cherry on top, with the omelet bar being amazing.

The rooms were nice sized but needed carpets cleaned or replaced, stools needed to be handicapped height and tubs were really slick so a fall danger. Loved the safety feature for keycard on elevator. Overall a great place to stay. The breakfast was great, best I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Good: Staff was courteous. Breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious and mostly clean. Exercise room was well-equipped and maintained. Indoor pool area was nice. Bad: Some kind of party in convention center so lots of drunk people wandering the halls trying to find their rooms. Stains on couch cushions. Beds were too hard for my family's liking. Never any linens for pullout couch in room.

My go to Jonesboro hotel

Embassy suites is definitely my go to hotel when staying in Jonesboro. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful hotel. This was a great stay except no working ice machine on several floors and one of the elevators are down so it made getting to the rooms s little slow. Other than that another great stay!
