"Great room "

"A/c smelled like old filters. Room clean but cramped. Bed ok, pillows waaaay too firm hurt my neck. "

"The website and signs on the property state "smoke-free"; however, the halls smell like cigarettes and the smoke detector in the room was covered in plastic so it wouldn't go off from smoking. Bedding all had stains. Ice machine didn't work. Workout room is old and dated, not anything like the photo online shows. Staff issued one card, didn't ask how many we needed and didn't put the wifi information on there. "

"Rooms were not very clean. I found screws left on the counters. Bobby pins in the floor, some type of bbs laying around. The shower was dirty "

"Really nice but one elevator out or order and 2nd one not operating properly…busy weekend and we’re in our 70’s and 80’s on the 4th floor"

"The room and breakfast were great. But we were not happy to have been charged for the hotel room by the hotel, as well as through Expedia. Thank goodness we caught the $160 charge. After several phone calls, it was refunded."
