    On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, dining room with fireplace, living room, and bathroom with WC. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with WC, and a separate WC.



    Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, step-free access, TV, video on demand, washing machine, workspace, heating in the living room, dining room, and kitchen, baby cot, high chair, changing table, shared toys and books for children.



    Enjoy a private 1,700 m² garden with south-facing vineyard views. The private outdoor pool is open from May 15 to September 15, daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., with sun loungers on a tiled terrace. Uncovered terrace with table, chairs, and private barbecue for outdoor meals.



    You have 5 on-site parking spaces and street parking. Bike storage, ski storage, and a shared electric vehicle charging station are available. Beach towels are provided. Parties and events, both indoors and outdoors, are not allowed, and smoking indoors is prohibited. Table tennis is available.
