"The property is located in orchard road with good access to shopping malls and restaurants. Room size was small suitable for solo and couple travellers but not suitable for family. Staffs were very well polite and well behaved. A good experience overall "

Shame about the queue for a table for the buffet breakfast after about 8am, but once in, the breakfast is very good with many chefs and lots of Asian options. "Jen’s by Shangri-La is wonderful place to stay, so close to shops and transport. It makes getting around Singapore a breeze. All the shops and I mean shopping centres are world class as are the amazing brands and experiences. The rooftop bar is a let down, which is really disappointing when the view across to Marina Bay Sands is awe inspiring"
