"The property is poorly maintained. Might not be dirty, but feels crummy. Super thin sheets, cheap uncomfortable mattress, no glasses or cups in the room, but available in the office. Worn and frayed carpet. Shower didn't work, no way to turn it on. We only stayed because it was convenient to the fairgrounds. Would not recommend if you are looking for a nice room. 😕"

"This was the worst night I've ever had staying here at this location. The drunks and the tweakers run the show. Security is useless and spends more time in the break room than doing his job. I was disturbed all night long because people were walking back and forth in front of my room which shook my floor and therefore shook the bed. The first time I called about it was 1:15 a.m. security is supposed to be patrolling the perimeter of this building and I never saw him once and I look out the window quite a bit to see who's walking by my door. And it was the same guy every time. Not only that but we were told when we were checking in that the TV didn't work it was hit and miss. I should have been offered a discount. Because someone that was staying here said that I should have been offered a discount but I wasn't now they don't want to give me a discount for all the constant disturbence that I put up with. I'm not So I call up the front desk this morning before I wrote this review and I told her I wanted a late check out. She didn't even want to do that. She's not authorized to do anything and I said well then you better call the manager and talk to her because I won't be back."

"I have now been here almost 2 weeks - just me and my certified support dog. we love it! I haven't had one single complaint or problem. The staff are amazingly helpful and very friendly but the best part is they're not all up in your business. as long as you're not doing anything wrong or causing any trouble -they just let you be ! I've been here almost 2 weeks like I said and in that two weeks I've only gotten one knock at my door and that was because I hadn't yet extended my stay and so it had appeared like I was checking out and so the house cleaning knocked on my door for the first time and asked if I was indeed checking out and then I said no and she apologized 15 times! Truthfully though this is the quietest hotel I have ever been to. there's never anything going on that gets your attention ,disturbs you or wakes you up . it's very peaceful and extremely quiet here . there's no commotion inside or outside in the parking lot either. A lot of other hotels I've noticed have a lot of the homeless people hanging around in groups outside. this hotel has nothing like that going on ! there's never anyone outside of their room or outside in the parking lot. like I said , its the quietest, peaceful hotel I've ever been to. The only thing that would make it better was if they had breakfast or an ice machine! As far as the cleanliness I mean I don't see how the room could be any cleaner I have no complaints at all about this hotel and that's crazy for me! "

"I've been going here for years. I drive 4rs to visit family... They're parking policy and pet policy changed. And they didn't tell me until i got there to pay. They are expensive from time to time. But they might lose a customer. Sucks. Extended stay is better prices "
