Brand new house in one of the best places of Southamerica, José Ignacio.

In one of the nicest private neighborhood of José Ignacio, Pinar del Faro, we offer you a brand new house to stay with your friends or family.

The house is a comfortable, spacious 2 floors building with 5 bedrooms (3 suites) and a service room which may be also used as an extra bedroom.

Total built square meters is 280: 180 in ground floor and 100 square meters in floor 1.

It has also a nice big swimming pool of 8 meters long by 3 meters wide, surrounded by a wooden deck ideal to rest after a comfortable swim.

You can enjoy the garden with views to the Ocean.
