This house was perfect for us. Everything we needed from a well outfitted kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and bath was provided. Linda was very easy to work with and answered all inquiries promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We loved the location - quiet but easy access to town and the park, great view, comfortable bed and indoor and outdoor spaces. Hosts were very responsive and we had everything we needed for a week of days spent hiking and mostly eating in. A few things could use some maintenance, but nothing that detracted from our stay.

Lovely spot in Joshua Tree

Great location, a cute place, and a lovely backyard with string lights and a fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would happily stay there again.

Cozy Home near

We loved staying here! The Games were a hit with our 3 year old. Nice private back yard. A short walk to excellent restaurants. Country Kitchen and Siam Thai food were standouts.

Can’t beat the location

This was such a lovely home! The host went above and beyond with all of the extra amenities. This home worked really well for our family traveling with a 2-year-old and 10-month-old. You also can’t beat the location-only 3 minutes from the NP visitor center.

It was a short trip and this was a great location with a short drive to JTNP. The beds were comfy! And Linda (the property owner) was really easy to talk to and nice to work with. :)

Amazing location and home

Perfect home for a Joshua Tree getaway. I stayed with a friend to go hiking for a few days. The home was an oasis to relax and clean up after a long day on trail. It is perfectly located close to town (a few minutes driving) where you go for restaurants and shops.

Perfect Spot in Joshua Tree

Casa Tomas is a wonderful place to stay during a visit to Joshua Tree National Park. The property is very clean and comfortable. It provides a home-like and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy after a day of hiking and rock-climbing. The grill, the fire pit, and the backyard provide a delightful area to unwind. We hope to return.

The property is perfectly located to access JT National Park. A few cosmetic issues but otherwise looks just like the pictures Owner was GREAT at communicating and answered questions promptly. Easy in and out with very clear instructions

Perfect home in Joshua Tree

The home was just as pictured and described in the listing. It was nicely decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, with a beautiful view from the backyard. It is conveniently located near the western entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and the shops and restaurants in town. Could not have asked for a more quiet, relaxing place to spend a few days while exploring Joshua Tree.

Stay in Joshua Tree

The house was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied and it was easy to cook a meal. The only suggestions would be to have a lounge chair in the backyard to stretch out and take a nap in the sun. Also it would be great to have a tv in the bedroom. Overall great house!

Excellent location to explore and enjoy Joshua Tree! Just a few minutes drive to the park entrance. House was clean and just as described, nicely decorated. Neighborhood was quiet. The only very minor thing, it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels and washcloths so we didn’t have to do a load of laundry each day. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly our stay at Casa Tomas. The location was perfect; located very close to the West Entrance of the park and the main street in Joshua Tree. The view from the backyard is great! There were lots of nice extra touches in the kitchen such as a variety of snacks and coffee/tea. The bed was extremely comfortable. The house was very clean. The host was also responsive any time we needed to contact her. We would definitely recommend Casa Tomas to others wanting to spend time in Joshua Tree!

Joshua Tree charmer

The property was just as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen had all of the supplies you could possibly need as well as snacks, coffee pods and tea bags. The back yard is private and was perfect for our Pug. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe during our walks. It is located very close to the park and town. We loved it and hope to return.

Good Stay

We had a short and relaxing stay at this property during a cool, rainy spell at Joshua Tree. The house is in a convenient location, close to the park's entrance. We found it cozy and comfortable.Good beds. Clean. Quiet. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The view from the backyard is great at night (during the day, not so scenic). The backyard is fenced, so our dog could get out and explore (although there's an open storage shed without doors which presented a bit of a hazard and an eyesore). All in all, though, it was a great spot to return to after a day in the national park.

An oasis in the desert

August 22, 2023 This safe oasis in the middle of the desert kept us safe during tropical storm Hilary. The home was clean from top to bottom and well equipped, especially the kitchen where we were able to make numerous meals, especially after receiving flash flood warnings not to venture out. The area is quiet and perfect for lazy days watching movies or reading. The home is also within walking/easy driving distance to the strip with cafes. We recommend: Sandwiches at the Natural Sisters Cafe- Also very close to two Joshua Tree Park entrances. The park closed over the weekend but at twenty-nine palms, oasis entrance, there is a loop trail worth walking, free and open at all times. It took us a few days to realize that we didn't need to be in the park to star gaze - you can do that right from the back yard. We hope to stay here again! A wonderful stay!
