"The Suite was excellent - free pool, laundry, hot breakfast buffet with gluten free section was always fresh and well stocked! Tamara who checked us in was totally efficient and helpful! Michelle, Director of Sales, was also very a credit to IHG! Room has dishwasher, microwave and food prep area! We will definitely go back next year, God Willing"

"The woman at the front desk was so nice, the property is new and very Updated. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that there's not very much around it so you have to drive a bit to get to anywhere. Also made it inconvenient that the gas station next door is not open. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Our stay at the Chatham-Kent duplex, managed by Tyler, was a fantastic find. A great location steps away from King Street and the entertainment, restaurant district. The accommodations are sleek, clean and modern. Very comfortable for a couples weekend away. No complaints at all! Tyler was very responsive with instructions and on the fly email question and answer sessions. The new deck at the back door has potential. The deck and back yard has potential that is not fully realized yet. Free surface lot parking close by, just one building to the south. Be reminded that the upper floor is occupied so everyday sounds (footsteps, talking and a rush of water in the pipes when the bathroom is being used) happen. Totally not a problem with us during our stay. We are the guests, you know. I would higher my recommend this VRBO property. Tyler was awesome to work with and you can’t beat the price, accommodations and location. 10 out of 10!"
