"Spa concept is all show. Looks good on brochures and in photos but lacks functionality. No hot water, hydrotherapy jets weak. Confusing layout. Misses the “Ahaaa” in relaxation. "

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"

"Chambre vétuste! Store cassé, pas de poubelle ,même pas une petite bouilloire / café. Mur fin , vous entendez tout ce que fait le voisin . Petit déjeuner médiocre aucun choix . J’ai l habitude d’être à l hôtel , je ne mets généralement pas d avis mais là c’est vraiment de l arnaque au vue du prix élevé !! J’ai trouvé ça vraiment scandaleux "

"Idyllic setting with wonderful views down across the valley to Aurillac. Very welcoming and a most enjoyable stay. Our host provided us with a delicious cold platter, as she was not cooking the night of our stay. Lovely to sample the local meats and cheeses. Would definitely like to return and explore the area."

"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le jardin où nous avons pu prendre l’apéritif tranquillement. Nous recommandons vivement le restaurant qui est exceptionnel ! "

"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"
