Jounieh Hotel Guide - Hotels with Connecting Rooms in Jounieh, Keserwan-Jbeil Governorate

tres bon accueil - service impeccable - Petit dejeuner a la hauteur du charmant pays Je recommande

Cleanliness of room/hotel , Quality of service , Hotel amenities , Hotel location all's are very nice

The hotel location and structure is very nice. Too bad some of the service especially in the restaurants including the food leaves to be desired. The bar and restaurant menu is very poor especially in wine. The food is bland. A five star hotel should deliver better quality food especially in Lebanon where people eat well. A better restaurant could also deliver more customers from outside the hotel. Overall the hotel experience is decent but not great.

I had an amazing two day stay @ Cosmopolitan. Good value, perfect location and extremely clean rooms. What was really outstanding is the top quality staff!!! I was serviced by Rima front desk - I called to check if I could delay my check out, not only she accepted and gave me an additional 2 hrs stay, but as soon as I called reception she greeted me with such a wonderful and enthusiastic good morning full of positivity that really made my day! Also, another staff member Majd who was there for...

The apartment hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Service also very good. The limited breakfast options could be improved. Smooth airport taxi arrangement. The location is fine if coming on a business trip.
