"The immediate area seemed a little at first glance but it was quiet throughout my stay. The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and modern. We had warm showers and a working kitchen. It was great! We did have a little problem while we were there but it was taken care of very quickly and the communication was great. It was very safe and nice. "AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park and the entrance/exit closes at that time. Overall a great stay! "
