First visit to Juazeiro do norte ...

Based upon visits to other Brazilian cities, I was much more impressed with the overall condition of the city - neatness, paved streets, walkability. This seemed to carry over to the hotel as it was very well maintained. The staff was friendly and showed pride in their employment. The room was very clean and comfortable. Shower had hot water. A working mini-fridge was nice! Mini-bar products were very reasonably priced.

Hotel stay was far better than I expected it would be. The hotel is much nicer than the pictures make it seem it will be. Breakfast was good. The lobby was beautiful. Rooms were nice. Staff was exceptionally nice. Such a great value!

Localizacao agradavel, com otima piscina e excelente cafe da manha. Os quartos sao bem organizados e limpos. O restaurante / lobby é espaçoso e bem conservado, com detalhes rusticos que adicionam ao ambiente. Ja fiquei neste local algumas vezes e geralmente a experiencia é melhor, mas desta vez tive serios problemas com a internet no quarto, o que impossibilitou o uso para trabalho (um dos motivos de eu ficar neste hotel era a trabalho e infelizmente nao foi satisfatorio). Seria 2 estrelas, mas o felizmente no ultimo dia da minha estadia o problema da internet foi resolvido: um roteador antigo estava na frente do meu quarto, ao trocar a internet ficou usavel de novo no quarto. Durante a semana tive que trabalhar do restaurante/bar e nao foi muito agradavel devido ao barulho e os mosquitos, mas deu certo pelo menos pra trabalhar temporariamente. Achei que demoraram demais para resolver o problema, reportado pelo inicio da manha e so resolvido no fim do dia. A gerencia deveria examinar a qualidade da internet antes dos hospedes checar para resolver estes problemas antes do inicio da estadia.

Bom hotel

Foi uma boa hospedagem. O hotel foi tem 6 andares. Fique 3 diárias, no carnaval, de 01 a 04/03/25. Estacionamento não coberto por trás do hotel com segurança e acesso pelo hotel.. Quarto confortável, achei que seria maior, mas bom tamanho, no quarto não tem uma rouparia, senti falta. Já o Banheiro é bem espaçoso. TV a cabo com muitas opcoes de canais. Recepção solicita. Cafe da manhã saboroso e com opções. Tem restaurante no hotel, mas não fiz nenhuma refeição, somente o café da manhã. Tem piscina mas não utilizei.
