Muito fraca a estrutura do parque piscina suja , quarto com vazamento no Box do banheiro a diária cobrada e fora da realidade que é oferecido café da manhã fraco pouca opção tinha apenas ovos e salsicha .

Manutenção e vida urgente para o hotel

O hotel tem uma proposta maravilhosa de unir lazer com descanso, no entanto, está sem vida. É um Hotel muito lindo em estrutura, mas falta manutenção tanto nos quartos, quanto no parque aquático, coisas simples que apenas uma limpeza já resolveriam. Uma coisa que me incomodou muito foram os comentários de alguns funcionários principalmente dos que serviam o café, que o tempo todo reclamavam que tinha muitos hóspedes e que estavam na hora dos hóspedes voltarem para casa. Não sei se é por falta de pagamento ou porque era muito serviço para poucos funcionários. Aliás funcionário no hotel é difícil de se ver, apenas o fixo da recepção e pela manhã durante o café dois ou três no refeitório. Esse hotel tem tudo para ser perfeito, estrutura e espaço maravilhosos, mas como falei precisa de manutenção. Recomendo fazerem algumas programações para animar os hospedes. Deem vida ao lugar, pois hoje está morto.

O hotel de fato tem uma ótima estrutura, mas acredito que o valor cobrado é alto, para mim não valeu a pena. A opção de ter o parque aquático talvez seja vantajoso para quem possa usá-lo diariamente, o que não foi o meu caso. Também não consegui tomar um banho quente, e é que fiz todas as possíveis formas de ligar as torneiras, a não ser que seja do tipo que tem que esperar aquecer depois de aberta, mas eu não conseguiria ver tanta água ser desperdiçada. No geral é confortável e agradável.

precisa melhorar

Estadia agradavel, café da manhã muito bom, funcionarios educados e prestativos, os pontos negativos é a acessibilidade da piscina do hotel para o parque aquatico , precisar caminhar muito porque o portao de acesso fica fechado e vc ter que fazer um percurso longo, torna-se cansativo. outro ponto que desagrada é a quantidade de som, que embora tenha aviso de proibição mas não respeitado pelas pessoas com suas caixas potentes ao mesmo tempo desrespeitando quem não gosta de tanto barulho.

Excelente! Comida, ambiente, atendimento (apenas 2 garçons, demora um pouco), piscina, park. A única observação é que embaixo da cama havia embalagem de preservativo e teia de aranha em uma lâmpada, o que deixa claro uma desatenção na limpeza.

Falta manutenção

Falta manutenção nos equipamentos dos apartamentos, quartos lindos, super confortáveis mas nada funciona direito, frigobar precisando trocar a borracha, ar condicionado barulhento, chuveiro entupido e sem água quente, interfone não funciona.Sinal do Wi-fi horrível. Tirando a falta de manutenção o hotel é lindo e os funcionários são perfeitos, super educados, a recepção super atenciosa e os garçons são nota 10.

Some days in Juazeiro do norte

The hotel is good. It has 2 swimming pools and one with waves, sarounded by a beech sand. It is almost as if you were in a beech in Fortaleza. The breakfast is fantastic.
