"We had just spent 10 days traveling staying in different hotels was tired when we arrived on Sunday March 15 in a cold down pour the young man greeted us with warm greeting and a smile made sure everything we needed for the was taken care of he was by the best receptionist of the entire trip made are last stay special the room and all acdations where great thank you Larry Doom"

"Our stay was very disappointing. Hotel had a rating of an 8 but the whole 3 days we stayed there was no internet, no working elevator, on cleaning service,(had to take out our own trash), no linen exchange,(asked on day 2 for clean towels and were told multiply times the wash was not done and then several hours later told if we bring out towels to them they would wash. Also ants in the room and dresser taped shut so they would not fly open. Breakfast was good. "

"We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!"

"I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable. I even had to stand on a towel to take a shower because the bathroom floor and tub did not feel clean. I also had to request new sheets because the ones on the bed were dirty when we arrived. For a paying guest, this is completely unacceptable. I booked through Expedia for two nights but chose to leave after the first night due to the conditions. I strongly suggest management take cleanliness and room inspections more seriously."

"They didn’t have blankets or pillows for the hide a bed. They changed my card twice. We had to be at our tournament by 7 am so we couldn’t get anything for breakfast. Mark was very nice though. No hot tub was a disappointment. "
