"Great apartment with views out over the sea & wonderful sunsets. Shuttle bus was a bonus as its a good 25 min walk into the main st. Would be even better if there was an extra 4 & 6pm run. Parts of the property and the pool is looking a bit tired and neglected so some repairs & maintenance is required. Also do not bother with the on-site restaurant for anything else other than breakfast. "

"Having a kitchen and washer dryer is an expected bonus. We saved money by not having to eat out all the time and wonderful to be able to do laundry. The accommodation is standard but you get a spectacular swimming pool with million dollar view of the sea. The rooms are basic and not luxurious. The walk up the hill to Martinique makes you think twice of what you want to carry up from Woolworth’s. You do get a nice, unintended cardio workout. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended....

"This was a beautiful view, spacious rooms, and the private spa was the icing on the cake. The only downfall was that the hill is VERY steep to walk up, and as it had been raining it was VERY slippery on the pebblecrete and easy to fall. I slipped a couple of times, and my husband did also. I would suggest a little stair walkway or some other kind of material that isn’t so slippery. Or offer little golf buggies for guests to use on the property- like management do. In saying that.. we managed...

"We stayed in unit 16b. The apartment was clean and the king size bed was awesome. The door locks on its own so make sure you take the key if you leave. We mentioned this to the caretaker as we had read it in reviews as well. She said she would have someone look at it. But why not have it fixed if it already had been mentioned more than once? "General cleanliness when we took on the property was average. Also there were some maintenance issues, like the downstairs bath tub drain was clogged meaning it took ages for the water to drain. Water pressure and water temperature issues throughout. The view was lovely however and it was nice and spacious."
