Haus Amrum - Located east village on the dunes: FeWo1 * look, book, experience *

Haus Amrum on Juist offers a total of 3 holiday apartments for 2 or 3 people to rent. Of these, 2 apartments are suitable for 2 people and 1 apartment for 3 people. For small children up to the age of about 3 years, it is possible to add a travel cot after consultation.

Comfortable living in all apartments from the 2018 season thanks to triple glazing.

The outdoor area was completely renovated between 2016 and 2019.

After extensive modernization, Haus Amrum was reopened in summer 2012. The apartments are completely newly furnished and now have new shower rooms with sinks and toilets as well as new fitted kitchens equipped with dishwashers and ceramic hobs. The house is quietly located in the east village on the dunes of Juist.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments.

The nearest bike rental is about 250 meters away.

As a rule, the apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Perfekte FeWo für eine erholsame Zeit auf Juist

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit auf Juist. Dazu hat auch die schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung beigetragen. Die Lage ist sehr gut: nicht weit zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Strand, Hafen oder zum nächsten Fahrradverleih. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets freundlich, kompetent und zeitnah. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fewo Haus Amrum in Juist

Wohnung sauber und freundlich eingerichtet wie beschrieben. Lage sehr zentral und nah zum herrlichen Strand, super Bäcker um die Ecke. Wenig Kontakt zum Vermieter, leider kein Wifi, aber noch mehr hat uns ein Freisitz gefehlt wie ihn viele Häuser auch in Coronazeiten angeboten haben (Terasse vorhanden, aber keine Bestuhlung/Tische oder einladender Strandkorb - schade!)

Schöne FeWo

Die FeWo war sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Uns fehlte leider ein Balkon oder eine Terassenfläche, doch das wussten wir vorher bei unserer Buchung (also keine Bewertung oder Bemängelung :-)). Unser Gastgeber war vor Ort und sehr freundlich und wir unterhielten uns sehr gerne mit ihm. Gerne kommen wir wieder oder empfehlen die Wohnung. Liebe Grüße!

Sehr sauber, gute Lage, netter Vermieter

Die Wohnung Nr. 1 ist eine von 3 Ferienwohnungen in dem schönen "kleinen" Haus. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und wir haben uns vom 1. Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke 50 m. Auch sonst ist man gleich am Strand und im Hauptort.

Erholung und Entspannung pur

Zum Urlaub genießen auf Juist war die Fewo genau das Richtige für uns. Das WLAN ist nicht so toll, Auskünfte und Infos übers Internet waren kaum möglich in der Wohnung.

Saubere kleine Wohnung, magere Ausstattung

Wir waren sehr froh, kurzfristig noch etwas über den Jahreswechsel in Juist-Dorf bekommen zu haben. Die Wohnung Nr. 1 in Haus Amrum scheint vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein, alles ist neuwertig und sauber. Die Austattung empfand ich als etwas sparsam: kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle und kein Fön.

Sehr angenehme, helle Wohnung

Der Zustand de Ferienwohnung war sehr gut, es war alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr hell und gepflegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima, etwas ruhiger aber man ist schnell im Zentrum und am Strand. Der Vermieter war direkt vor Ort, auch im Vorfeld hat er bei Anfragen stets schnell geantwortet.

Klein und fein mit leichten Manko's

Klein, fein .... aber eine gemütlichere Sitzgelegenheit beim TV-Schauen hätten wir uns sehr gewünscht...Ein Umstöpseln des Antennenkabels ins Schlafzimmer, was leider ohne Tür und somit offen zur Koch-,Ess- und Wohnniesche war, war aufgrund der "Verklebung" mit Tesa nicht möglich. :.( Ein Backofen wäre auch nett gewesen. Langfristig gesehen unsere Empfehlung über Wlan nachzudenken .... in der heutigen Zeit und bei schlechtem Wetter ... vielleicht nicht der schlimmste Zeitvertreib. Ansonsten - ja bereits von anderen erwähnt - Ikea-Möblierung... was jedoch nicht von Nachteil ist. Allgemein sauberer Eindruck, freundlich und hell. Preis auf dem oberen Niveau, was jedoch auf Juist wohl Gang und Gäbe ist.
