O hotel é uma bela casa com quartos e instalações espaçosos, e a estadia teria sido perfeita se a administração não economizasse dinheiro nos lugares errados. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado fazem um barulho infernal (falta de manutenção?), o chuveiro entupido espirra água em todas as direções, mas pouca no hóspede. O refrigerador tinha muita dificuldade para resfriar qualquer coisa (quem verifica os aparelhos de vez em quando?). Infelizmente, não havia serviço de quarto (falta de pessoal) e, no bufê de café da manhã, os itens mais importantes estavam sempre indisponíveis. A piscina tem um bar, infelizmente sem pessoal (para que serve o bar?). Todas essas são coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas com relativamente pouco esforço, menos mesquinhez e um pouco mais de interesse na experiência dos hóspedes. Infelizmente, apenas uma avaliação mediana, apesar da equipe simpática.

Ótima localização, mas atendimento deixa a desejar. Reservei um quarto e no momento do check-in fui colocada em outro inferior. Quarto sem internet e ar condicionado de parede extremamente barulhento e não gelava. Hotel lotado devido ao vestibular da UFJF e apenas um elevador social funcionando e do serviços. Ao reclamar do quarto e da internet que não funcionava os funcionários foram debochados
