Beaches and coconuts

We had a wonderful time. The property was like a little paradise. Beach in front of property with a swimming pool to align to the beach. Plenty of outside space with tables, chairs, beach lounger. We spent most of our time outdoors.The pool did not have any railings to get in and out. The house needs updating in all the bathrooms and a more functional kitchen. We did have some problems but the owner has a maintenance care taker so everything was addressed quickly.

Family time.

I stayed at this property the house is more beautiful than on web pics very nice location really easy to communicate with Mr. Moises and Adam I really recommend this property. Location I give 5 stars beach and Estero walking distance. Ac and wifi works excellent. Thank you so much for everything. 😃

I rented this property for a 5 nighy stay. I had extreme difficulty getting to the property due to the directions given to me by the property manager. There is no clean water onky salt water. The view is great but its all rusty and unkept. Property owner never informed us there was no clean watet to wash cook or clean so we cooked with sea water and got ill. I bathed my child in salt water not knowing it was salt watet and my child git sick. The property owner did not care he said gi down the road and buy clean water the water in the house is not to cook clean or bath your self. Ruined my vacation completely.

neglected property at a beautiful location

On the day we arrived we already could not properly flush the toilet on the ground floor and second floor. But thought this might be normal and flushed 2-3 times. However, on the afternoon of the second day, we were told that the septic tank was full and we could not use the bathrooms! All water connections were cut except the outside shower. How do you explain to children that they cannot use the toilet for the next 24 hrs. This was impossible, so we had to leave the toilets unflushed! We are sure that the owner of the property knew that the septic tank was full. We are really consternated. Furthermore, before all water connections were cut, the shower on the ground floor filled up with dirty water coming from the toilet due to the backlog coming from the septic tank. All bathrooms were of poor quality. Moist walls with paint peeling off and installations that were totally rusty. Not to mention the overall situation of the bathroom itself - would love to send photos. The kitchen has no storage room for dishes, so everything had a film of dust on it - would love to send a photo. Normally beach houses for rent in El Salvador have a female housekeeper who helps in the kitchen and is paid additionally. But this house had NO ONE. So, we were left with doing everything ourselves - cooking and washing the dishes etc. Also, the balcony banister was just tied with strings and nails poking out which are potentially dangerous for children.
