9.6/10 Exceptional! (902 reviews)
From start to finish we were treated amazingly by the staff. The room was fantastic, wifi worked extremely well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, although can recommend the room service. The metro overhead station is a 5 min walk that will take you down to the Mall of Dubai. The hotel offers free shuttle (dependant on room type) that will take you to Mall of Emirates and beach. Highly recommended.

"Nothing much. The washroom did not have even the body wash as the container had run out of it. I guess no one really cares about the guest who will be occupying the room"
