  • Come to discover in a case of privileged nature our Mediterranean villa with its swimming pool. Capacity: 10 people. Well educated animals welcomed with pleasure.

    Ideal location, JUNAS is located just (6km) Sommières (Gard), a small town and medieval city full of life and entertainment with its many restaurants, its famous market, and night shows.
    JUNAS occupies a central position between Nimes and Montpellier, 25 minutes from the sea. Nearby Arles, Avignon, Camargue, La Grande-Motte. Spain is at 2:00 by car, TGV Nîmes / Paris 2h50.

Fabulous home, quiet but with facilities nearby

We loved staying in this house - it really was a home away from home. There was plenty of space to entertain friends in the area. The property was well equipped and the host was responsive to any needs. Ideal location with a great bakers and small shop in the village as well as a bar serving food. I deal for friends and family who want to stay in a comfortable family home.

Magnifique

Une très belle maison avec un très grand jardin. Nous y avons passé une semaine avec nos trois enfants. Un calme enchanteur, des hamacs pour se détendre, une grande piscine pour se rafraîchir ou jouer au water-polo. La maison était également parfaitement équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un grand, grand merci à Frédérique et Nicola. Vous avez été des hôtes très sympathiques et vous avez répondu et aidé très rapidement en cas de questions. Nous pouvons absolument vous recommander, vous et votre logement !

Une grande maison agréable

La maison est très bien située (à 40 mn de la Grande Motte, 20 mn d'une rivière, 40 mn de Nimes ...) Une petite piscine très agréable. Beaux transats (dommage qu'il n'y en ait que 2 pour 8 personnes ) Une cuisine bien équipée. Une grande chambre très agréable face à la piscine. Par contre, en cas de forte chaleur, c'est un véritable four ! Malgré les ventilateurs. Une climatisation en bas et à l'étage serait la bienvenue. La décoration de la maison est succinte. Et le four à pizza ne fonctionnait pas alors qu'il était indiqué dans le descriptif. Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais le prix de cette maison était trop élevé par rapport à la prestation proposée.

Déconnection et sentiment de tranquillité

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances en famille avec amis. Frederique et son mari nous ont accueillis à bras ouverts. Vu que nous allions arriver plus tard que prévu Frederique m’avais déjà envoyé plein d’infos par whatsapp sur des choses intéressantes à faire dans le coin. La maison, le jardin et ses environs ne déçoivent pas! Tout à fait comme sur les photos! Communication avec les propriétaires est exceptionnelle et chaleureuse. A refaire!

Les enfants enchantés et difficile de les déloger de la piscine, des hamacs, des jeux gentiment mis à disposition… Nous reviendrons et ne manquerons pas de recommander cette maison avec un super jardin et avec pour seul bruit les cigales. Très bon séjour/ villa très agréable

La maison est très bien conçue et optimale pour passer de bons moments de convivialité autour du barbecue et sur les différentes terrasses, piscine très très bien exposée toute la journée ! Environnement très calme dans un jardin d’oliviers et chemin de balade tout proche de la maison. Nous avons particulièrement aimés l’accueil et les informations touristiques étoffées de Frederique.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben hier als Familie mit 3 Kindern die Herbstferien verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Man kann hier am Pool, umgeben von den Olivenbäumen im weitläufigen Garten, sehr entspannt seine Zeit verbringen. Junas ist ein kleiner malerischer Ort mit engen Gassen und einem antiken Steinbruch. Es gibt einen Bäcker und ein Bistro, wo man auch mal eine Pizza essen kann. Ansonsten ist man in 5 min mit dem Auto oder in 15 min per Rad im wunderschönen Sommières, wo es vom Marché über Supermarkt, Cafés etc. alles gibt. Zum Meer fährt man eine halbe Stunde und zum Wandern in die Cévennen ca 45 min. Alles in allem ein perfektes Haus mit sehr netten Gastgebern, wo man wunderschöne Ferien verbringen kann.

Belle maison de vacances agréable, fonctionnelle et bien située

Nous sommes une famille de cinq personnes et nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette jolie maison située dans un beau village dans le calme de la campagne gardoise. Les propriétaires, Frédérique et Nicola, sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires, nous avons été accueilli personnellement et généreusement par eux avec un panier de bienvenue et plein d'idées et astuces pour notre séjour. La piscine neuve est parfaite et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié tous les livres et DVD laissés à disposition. Le village de Junas est un bon point de départ pour découvrir le Gard, la Camargue ou même les Cévennes. Charmant village de Sommières à côté de Junas et sympathique voie verte à qqs mètres de la maison à découvrir à pied, à vélo ou en roller!
