The property is located next to the lake. It has a gorgeous view, wonderful vicinity. The apartment was clean. The amenities however need to be upgraded , will all the money they charge the owner should invest and renovate this place.

This condo is stuck in 1982.
Be prepared to walk back in time to a not-so-distant past when people wall-papered doors, put fake flowers on the wall as art, and carpeted bathrooms and kitchens. This condo hasn't been touched since the early 80s and you can tell it by the smell of the mold under the carpet to carpet walls and the lumpiness of the mattress in the bedroom. View is beautiful from the deck (albeit a little scary since the wood decking could go at any time). The entire condo complex is pretty run down but the location is good and close to town and both lakes. We had family in other units (33 & 8) which had been updated more recently so those weren't as bad. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Our stay was everything we could've wanted, and more! Highly recommend.
Large property for two people with a beautiful view of Gull Lake. Also a trail to take get there. Property was very clean but dated in the style...it didnt matter to us. Everything we needed was available and plenty of clean towels! It is on the third level with no elevator...as an over 65 couple it took us a little bit to get everything upstairs, that is why there is such a beautiful view!! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Beautiful location! The unit is up 3 flights of stairs which is difficult in the altitude. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the place was generally clean. I would recommend adding blankets in the living room, and an update on how to work the TV. The patio has an amazing view!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. This property is a little dated, the ceiling fan did not work, with it being summer, kind of a bummer. We would probably stay again, the location was beautiful!

Decor was very dated for the amount of $$ spent. The view and property spectacular.....the steps were insane, 37 of them as I recall...........or try not to......carpet in the kitchen and bathroom??? Bedroom and Living Room large, that was great, but the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Bad Architecture there.....
You stay for the incredible 180 million dollar view of the lake, the trees, the snowcapped mountains (at the end of June), a variety of birds (including an eagle), critters, and even a young buck...plus the starry night (the Milky Way was directly ahead of us!). Bring binoculars and a telescope if you have one! There are so many ways to enjoy the Sierras and we've done many, from a tent trailer to a cabover camper, a motorhome, and renting a 5th wheel. We splurged on this experience for my 50th birthday and were not disappointed. The condo is spacious, clean, cozy, and well-appointed. No, it doesn't have modern decor; it has a last century country/cabin vibe...as it should! If you're hanging out inside disappointed by the lack of dark pallettes, sharp angles, hard surfaces, and abstract artwork, you're doing your vacation all wrong! My favorite moments at the condo were sitting up high on the balcony, enjoying the view with my morning coffee and the gentle slaps of small waves on the lake from people fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding, the only sound besides the birds chirping as they crisscrossed through the air from the eaves to the trees, the lake shore reeds to the sky.
House in a good spot and as there were 5 adults, we had lots of space. Kitchen lacked saucepans/other utensils to cook a meal for 5 but we managed. The microwave was dirty and had to clean before we could use it. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Unfortunately the house was not that clean when we arrived. Including us finding a filled, squashed dog poo bag that was in the garden and had not beenput in the bin. One of the reasons for booking was so my son and girlfriend could have some private space. The Annexe was so damp she had an asthma attack in the night and had to come upstairs to the bunk room so she wasn't that comfortable. It smells badly of damp at the bottom of the stairs and corridor to the kitchen. The TV in the lounge is too small for 5 people to crowd around to watch and as the weather was bad (nothing can be done about that) it wasn't practical for the party. Some furnishings were badly stained. The garage light was on most of the night and with no curtains in the Annexe bedroom, we went out to B&M to buy a dark, lightweight blanket that we could hang at the window. The beach is literally just round the corner and my dogs love it (have previously stayed 3 times at a house down the street) which was good because they won't put a foot in Astro-turf. Garden is very small. The house is surrounded by several other properties, first house on the left as you enter the road hosted a party until gone 2.00am not youngsters.lots of drunken cackling.
