"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was working well. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Location perfect. Cons: very little luggage storage. Used an IT closet. No elevators so a bit of a challenge being on the top floor with large suitcases and elderly parents. Would stay here again"
