"Room smelled like smoke...although says non-smoking room...check-in was very poorly handled as attendant was no where in site...finally showed up of us waiting to check in and then proceeded to take a phone call and was i the process of taking a reservation ...to which I interrupted him and said ..."You need to put them on hold and attend to us" to which he did"

"The staff were very kind and helpful! Unfortunately our room wasn't as clean as I would have liked (we found some dirty dishes and the cupboards under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom didn't seem clean) but nothing that interfered with our ability for a comfortable stay. "
