Our nightly rental rates include a professional cleaning service so no extra or hidden costs. Situated in a quiet cul-de sac, this large 4x2 house is neat as a pin and ready for that perfect family holiday. The house benefits from 2 large driveways at either side, plus large front and rear lawns. This property can park several large boats and plenty of vehicles. The rear garden is fenced with lockable gates and is set up to cater for both young families or adult groups visiting the area for fishing and water sports. There are several outside taps conveniently located for flushing engines and washing down boats plus the rear patio has several power points to plug in the Engels and bait freezer. BYO towels and bed sheets.

Please note that this property has no heating or air-con. If you are visiting during the winter months you may like to bring an electric heater with you. There are plenty of electric fans for those particularly warm summer periods although the Ocean seabreezes will be enough most days.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure all dirty dishes etc and washed, dried and put away. Sweep floors, tidy beds and straighten furniture. Advise any damage or breakages so we can attend to for next guest.
Ensure the BBQ, fridges and freezers are left clean and as you would want to find them. Remove BBQ gas cylinder and place in the laundry.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
