Our nightly rental rates include a professional cleaning service so no extra or hidden costs. Situated in a quiet cul-de sac, this large 4x2 house is neat as a pin and ready for that perfect family holiday. The house benefits from 2 large driveways at either side, plus large front and rear lawns. This property can park several large boats and plenty of vehicles. The rear garden is fenced with lockable gates and is set up to cater for both young families or adult groups visiting the area for fishing and water sports. There are several outside taps conveniently located for flushing engines and washing down boats plus the rear patio has several power points to plug in the Engels and bait freezer. BYO towels and bed sheets.

Please note that this property has no heating or air-con. If you are visiting during the winter months you may like to bring an electric heater with you. There are plenty of electric fans for those particularly warm summer periods although the Ocean seabreezes will be enough most days.

Nice Beach Stay

A nice beach house for our stay with a pet and friends. House could do with a deep clean, we ran the vacuum and mop around on arrival, enjoyed walking into town and to the dog beach.

The property is located a short walking distance from the town centre and the beach. Well quipped property, large rear dog friendly back yard, plenty of drive way space for multiple cars and boats. I would definitely recommend this property as a place to stay.

Jurien Bay getaway

Good location, nice little house. Check in process was fantastic. Lots of beds if you were going to stay with a few families. The only bad thing was the house could’ve been a little cleaner. It was quite dusty, plates were dirty and felt a bit musty. Also, a great sized yard for a dog and fully enclosed.

Great weekend with family. Great yard for kids and dog 🐩 Only thing I could fault was the cleanliness. A quick vacuum and mop, and wipe down was needed when we checked in. Would definitely stay again though

Excellent location for a family getaway

Couldn't fault the location. House does the job as a family/friend HQ but isn't quite set up as a home away from home - linen and towels, food basics (oil, coffee, tea etc.), cleaning sponges, soap and dishwasher detergent all seemed to be BYO. With an IGA down the road, all of these things are easily available, just at an additional cost. Overall it was a great space for kids and pets, with the owner's being very accommodating allowing our dog to stay at late notice.

Relaxed Beach retreat

For my husbands 50th we had a lovely time at the Sandowne house with family and friends. Would definately stay again however my suggestion especially for the warmer weather, ceiling fans. There were pedestal fans around but it doesnt circulate when you have more than one person. The floors and beds were quite sandy when we arrived. Loved the sea breezes and how close we were to get to the beach. Leanne

The property, location and check in process were fantastic. However there were very minimal amenities provided, only one toilet paper, one bag for bin liner and not even a 1/4 of hand soap. No dishwashing liquid or sponges provided. I would stay again just need to be mindful you’ll need to bring absolutely everything

Perfect family house

The house was perfect for our family with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen dining family room. The front verandah was huge and the back patio area was also huge with plenty of seating and a large outdoor dining table. The fenced backyard was perfect for our grandson and the dog. A short walk to the beach and the park was very handy too.The only thing lacking was some of the basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper, some alfoil and glad wrap and some cooking oil would be handy . We weren't able to use the BBQ as it was pretty dirty even after giving it a good wipe over with paper towels, it was still too black and greasy. One of the burners on the cooktop wasn't working properly either. The main shower also leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Apart from the few minor issues we loved our stay in the house. either . But these were minor tand
