The space
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary minimalist style.

Sleeping: queen-size bed with blackout shades.

Kitchen: stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cookware, dishes and wine glasses.

Bathroom: shower, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Also included: Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), a laptop-friendly workspace, portable fans and a drying rack.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Contactless self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival.

Parking: There is no private parking for this apartment. Free public parking is available on Dzintaru prospekts right along the building – there are two parking pockets on the street where you can leave your car.

The neighbourhood
Dzintari is one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of the Jūrmala riviera: the sandy beach and the sea on one side, a pine forest and the large Dzintari Forest Park on the other. Beachfront cafés and restaurants are a short walk away, and the famous Jomas iela pedestrian street is about 20 minutes on foot.

Getting around
The easiest ways to get around Jūrmala are on foot along the beach, by bike, or with Bolt taxis and e-scooters. Trains to Riga run regularly from Dzintari station. If you come by car, free street parking is available in two parking pockets on Dzintaru prospekts along the building (no private parking).

Parking: no private parking for guests – the parking places in the building courtyard are private, please do not park there. Free public parking is available in the two parking pockets along the building on Dzintaru prospekts and on nearby streets. Jūrmala entry fee for cars (all non-electric cars, all year): €5 per day; passes for 7 days €20 and 30 days €60. How to pay: 1) online on the official Visit Jūrmala website (section `Buy an entry pass`) or in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Citadele app – enter your car plate number and date of entry; 2) or at a pass machine (card only): Majori car park, Lienes iela 5; near Dzintari Concert Hall, Turaidas iela 1; under the Dzintari railway overpass on Edinburgas prospekts; Priedaine near the Lielupe bridge; RIMI Lielupe car park, Viestura iela 22; near Dubulti railway station; 3) or at the Jūrmala Tourist Information Centre, Lienes iela 5. Pay by 23:59 on the day you drive in (before or after entering). A pass is needed for every day you drive into Jūrmala, so for several days the 7-day pass (€20) is the best value; a forgotten day can still be paid online for the previous day.

Good to know
• There is no elevator in the building – stairs only.
• This apartment is in building K-1 – the building closer to the forest, with the entrance from Drustu iela (not the main Dzintaru prospekts 48 building).
• Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested – we confirm on the day if cleaning allows.
• Arriving after midnight? Your booking must start on the previous date (e.g. for a 01:00 arrival on 12 May, book from 11 May).
• Safety: smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the apartment.
• Provided: fresh bed linen, 1 towel per guest (no beach towels), shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, electric kettle and a vacuum cleaner. Umbrellas are not provided.
• Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. No smoking and no parties; quiet hours 22:00–08:00.
• No luggage storage in the apartment before check-in or after check-out – KeepMyBag luggage storage in Riga Old Town is a paid option.
• Want to stay longer? Extensions are possible if the apartment is free – extra nights are booked as a new reservation.
• Local tourist tax (where applicable) is paid at check-in.
• Accessibility: there are steps at the entrance – the apartment is not step-free.
