"The property is smelly, not clean at all. The propery got bed bugs. It was biting to me, my kids. Downstairs rooms are very smelly. The stairs are not safe for kids. Not suitable for kids to stay. Never go back again. I have complained about bedbugs and they try to get GBP 200 extra from me for cleaning. There is no free parking space. I have contacted to the host for parking option and he never answer back."

"Our short visit to Paris was enhanced by the perfect location of our flat, within an easy walk of so many places we wanted to visit and easy access to the Metro and RER. "

"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "

"très déçus par la propreté de la maison. Maison non entretenue dommage car pourrait être très agréable : les chambres correctes sauf une avec alèse sur matelas traces noires. "We had a lovely stay at Sylvie's cottage! I booked for myself, my 10 year old son and my 2 year old daughter. Lovely quiet location outside of the busy main parts of Paris but close enough (30 minutes) to Disneyland - just what we wanted! Great central bus and train services if they are needed, we had the car anyway so only used the bus once. We were greeted, as a slightly early requested check in, by Sylvie's husband who showed us around the lovely quaint cottage. The cottage was very clean and...

"L'accueil et les relations avec la propriétaire sont très agréables, l'endroit pour accéder à Paris est bien situé, le jardin est un plus mais la (très) petite maison devrait être mieux aménagée. Que ce soit les sièges, la table, la literie et, surtout, les toilettes, qui ne disposent pas de porte (!), l'aménagement intérieur, qui est assez rustique, devrait être amélioré. Nous étions trois mais au-delà de deux, la cohabitation est quand même compliquée."
