"Everything is good and clean "

"Worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen!! Literally only had cereal and what was supposedly biscuits and gravy but guess what, no gravy! "

" Ed were uncomfortable and very loud when I asked the front desk they said they are surprised by the noise as it’s just bowlers. Well it sounded like a bowling alley."

"The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The pool was cold, but everything was clean and the kids had fun."

"I have stayed at this property several times before and had no problems. However, I was very disappointed in my stay this time. In our first room the tv didn’t work so I called the front desk. 2 hours later they finally came and fixed it. My sheets on my bed had several holes in it. Then we went to get the sofa ready for bed there were crumbs all over the sofa (very obviously had not been cleaned). The cushion had some kind of white powder on it. I asked to be moved to a new room. We were moved. The next morning when my family went to take showers there was no hot water!! When I checked out I asked for a refund due to all of these problems and did not get a refund. And was informed they were very aware about the no hot water as they had been having hot water heater problems for several days. I should have been informed of this when I checked in and been offered to have my money returned so I could find a different hotel. Very disappointed in my stay and disappointed they didn’t return my money like they needed to!!"

"Everything was as expected, clean room and facilities. Nice pool and excellent breakfast. It was perfect for our family!"

"The door had a crack in between the frame so you could barely see into our room, but still a little. We had a room with 2 king beds and it came with 2 pillows (total) and they were no thicker than a piece of paper. Ended up using a sweatshirt for a pillow. Toilet didn’t flush at all. Smells terrible everywhere. All that said it is the price it is for a reason. "

"The rooms were dirty, still pee on the toilet, food on the dishes and the room smelled like complete smoke. I asked upon request if they could fix my bed take my trash out and bring fresh towels while I was out with family for 2 days. Everytime I came back the room was untouched. I ended up getting really sick and found out that the AC UNIT held under the window contained HUUUUUUGE amount of black mold. When I told the staff they were very rude all the way through with everything I requested. I don’t expect special treatment or pamper my ass. But if I’m getting sick due to the negligence of this room. I don’t even expect compassion just do your job. "
