- Welcome to Mahana 1106! Located on the eleventh-floor, this one bed/one bath condo sleeps 2-4 and features stunning views of the ocean, beach and outer islands. Highlights include 65` HD TV and large sectional with queen sofa bed. The bedroom boasts a CA King plush mattress. Kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and the bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower. This unit also includes a workspace with free Wi-Fi and printer. Central AC & washer/dryer.
House Rules:
1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
