  • Maui Kai 204 is a newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that features a new fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, floors, ceiling, furniture, and appliances. With a king-size bed and two twin couches (day bed), this condo can accommodate up to 4. guests Open the double sliding glass doors and enjoy the tropical ocean breezes or use the central air conditioning system to cool off after a day in the sun. Relax and enjoy the large flat-screen TV, DVD player, free WiFi, and cable TV.

    Maui Kai resort is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away from street noise and cloistered among a collection of boutique resorts. The tree-lined drive is also a pleasant walking path up to convenient dining and grocery options, bars, and food trucks. If your ideal vacation does not include driving, this location is perfect for a low-key, home-based experience. Maui Kai is an oceanfront resort located at North Kaanapali Beach with a view of the majestic islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is a perfect sandy beach, great for snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing directly in front of the resort. Right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, Maui Kai is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the famous Kaanapali boardwalk that connects to Black Rock Beach and Whalers Village. The resort features a heated pool and hot tub, gas BBQ area, and poolside cabana with kitchen and laundry facilities on site.

A good condo. Not fancy but also not as much money as other area condos. Great view of the ocean just outside the back huge window. Nice pool area and hot tub and nice beach next door. Nice path down the lakefront to more beaches! No complaints.

Wonderful condo that was fully equipped for all your needs. Nice pool area with BBQ grills available for the guests at the pool facility. This unit has 4’x6’ sliding glass windows that open up to a magnificent ocean view. If you enjoy watching whales, this is the place to be!

Loved this unit. Beautiful view, nice swimming beach, everything within walking distance. There are several Food Trucks nearby with lots of options and outside eating. The kitchen is nicely furnished so we prepared most meals. There are 9 floors in the building but we hardly saw anyone. Very quite. No loud partiers! Very relaxing spot for vacation.

This unit has pros and cons. First cons: -Building, lobby and grounds are dated. Nothing to be excited about. -Bed is softer than a saggy loaf of bread! Prepare to sink about a foot into it. -All pans are warped and do not heat up on the electric range which has a flat surface. We couldn't even heat up our food in them. Had to use microwave. -Annoying amount of text and emails most of them threatening you about how you get fined if you dont do this or that. -Provided coffee was enough for one serving. We asked for more coffee and were refused. We found that to be cheap. Pros: -it has a killer view. -close to Airport beach which is a 5-star all around beach with turtles. -unit is large and spacy. Overall, we probably could've found a newer place with better service for the price we paid.

We stay at Maui Kai every year and this was one of our favorite condos! One thing that makes it stand out from the rest is the layout. The lanai is an extension of the living room which creates a much larger living space. Whenever we were home at the condo, we opened the sliding glass doors and let the sound of the ocean in. During our month long stay, we saw numerous whale shows, sea turtles bobbing in the waves, a pod of spinner dolphins, a pod of false killer whales, and a monk seal- all while just sitting at the high table eating, drinking, or playing a game.Maui Kai is a small, quiet, complex, but a short walk away are the bustling resorts and the food truck area. It’s really the best of both worlds.My Perfect Stays did a great job communicating. We had an issue with our couch in the living room and 2 days later a brand new couch was delivered. They did their best to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.I can’t recommend this condo more!
