  • Welcome to Mahana 1107! Located on the eleventh-floor, this one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 2-4 and features stunning panoramic views of the ocean, beach and outer islands! Highlights include hardwood floors, 55` HD TV, and sectional with queen sofa bed. Kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and the bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower. This unit also includes a workspace with free Wi-Fi and printer. Plush King Mattress, AC & Washer/dryer.
    House Rules:
    1. Club 21 – You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
    2. Humans Only – Pets are not permitted at this property. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
    3. Thank You for Not Smoking:
    a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
    4. Respect Community Rules:
    Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
