The design and comfort alone would earn five stars — but it was the people here who truly made our stay unforgettable. During our time in Cancún, we faced some unexpected and difficult events. The staff went above and beyond to support us — showing real compassion, patience, and generosity. They didn’t just do their job, they genuinely cared. Whether it was helping us navigate a tricky situation, checking in to see if we were okay, or simply making sure we had what we needed — they treated us like family, not just guests. Every detail, from the peaceful atmosphere to the thoughtful service, reflected a level of care that’s rare to find. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. It’s right next to a mall and starbucks/restaurants. And even better, a Walmart! I believe this hotel is affordable and convenient for anyone. "
