"The bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced with fresh ones, and we could clearly smell the previous guests’ scent, especially on the pillows. It was very unpleasant. The duvet cover also appeared not to have been changed. Because of the overall lack of cleanliness, my husband and I had a very uncomfortable night. We could not sleep well and felt extremely displeased with our stay."
