APA Hotels hotels in Kaga, Ishikawa Prefecture

"Worse than most business hotels. I’ve stayed at over 10 APA hotels around Japan, this was the worst. Gave me a smoking room despite asking for non-smoking. If someone cleaned the blow dryer, the rag would come away black. Electric/card key locks on doors were broken so you had to use an actual key. Old, dirty, and very small. Would much rather pay an extra 1-2 thousand yen to stay at the nearby Dormy Inn, Route Inn, or Tokyo Inn. "

"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"This hotel was dirty!! We were expecting old as we wanted to keep costs down and rayes were low. I have stayed in many APA hotels across Japan and they are fine. But this one was filthy. We had booked 4 nights but after one night cancelled and changed to another hotel. Beds were actually decent in condition (APA Kyoto had beds made out of cardboard) but mold and dust, dirty everywhere in room. Can’t recommend it here. Plenty of nice hotels in Kanazawa."
