"The property was so beautiful!! The sunsets were amazing from the master bedroom and lani. The beds and furniture were VERY high quality and I never wanted to get out of bed. Hosts did not disappoint. Always responsive to needs. Pool was fun and Beach was 50 yards from condo . Everything was new. Loved our stay as it was central to all the attractions . Ac was so cold :). New windows keep the bugs out and we are so happy. We will be back. Mahalo"

"Great little studio close to the beach!! I recently spent 4 days here back in July and really enjoyed it. The location of this rental is in a charming, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a small but nice public beach. I must put a huge emphasis on the "quiet" aspect of this review. Out of respect for the island lifestyle and the people who live there, I understand the value that is put on maintaining a balace of peace and serenity and think it should be upheld by all who visit. I think anyone considering this rental should know that there are no glass windows, only screens which allows the free flow of the ocean breeze and conversations. There is also a window opening in the bathroom just above the shower which I believe is for airflow as well (Not Privacy). This opening opens to the commonplace area and is situated just above another rental units entry door. Upstairs there is a loft style unit that does not have floor to ceiling walls. This means anyone in the commons area is heard, day and night. Quiet hours are expected to be observed and are enforced!! Although I never met or saw our host Issac, he seemed really nice and accommodating. The amenities were very nice. The private free parking, along with free beach gear for use by guests, are bonuses. Overall, all of my needs were met and I was happy with my stay."

"It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. I always end up turning off the air and just taking off my clothes under the covers Lol. Also the small window by the back porch doesn’t have a curtain so the neighbor can actually see you! It’s ok bec I’m a solo traveler but if it’s a couple there’s going to be no privacy at all."

"We really loved our stay here. The location was great as you could easily walk down to the beach and back, having parking and a hose to wash the sand out as well as access to borrow many recreational stull at the home was awesome. We got upgraded for free to a slightly larger room which was really nice and unexpected. Nights were quiet and the bed was comfy. Only improvement in my opinion is maybe adding AC (even a small standing unit) may help. The heat made it a bit hard to sleep but nothing a quick cold shower or a dip in the ocean can't fix. Overall, It was a really nice place to stay, we will definitely stay here again when visiting the Big Island/Kona area."
